These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the WSH Nordic online store (www.wshnordic.com).

Orders

When you place an order in the WSH Nordic online store, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The confirmation includes details of the products ordered, prices, billing address, and delivery address.

If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at [email protected].

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time the order is received.

Please note that this time frame refers to the handling and dispatch of the order, not the delivery time to the customer. Actual delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the carrier and are shown separately during checkout.

Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in EUR. Prices include applicable VAT according to the customer’s country of residence.

  • Orders within the EU are charged with local VAT in accordance with EU VAT regulations (OSS).

  • Orders outside the EU are delivered VAT-free. Local customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, and price changes caused by supplier price adjustments.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment service provider (Stripe). We do not store payment card details.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [email protected]. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the products you wish to return.

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Products must be returned unused, well packaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

  2. Custom-made or personalized products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

  3. Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  4. Services that have been fully performed with the customer’s explicit consent prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Complaints and Defective Products

All products are inspected before shipment. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will remedy the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

You must contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Complaints must be made as soon as the defect is discovered.

If we are unable to repair or replace the defective product, we will refund the purchase price. Approved complaints are returned at our expense.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not considered defective under applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Use and Safety

Some products sold in the WSH Nordic online store are automotive chemicals. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the product instructions, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets provided by the manufacturer before use.

Products must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety regulations. We are not responsible for damage, material loss, or personal injury caused by improper, negligent, or unintended use of the products.

This limitation does not apply where liability is mandatory under applicable product liability or consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, war, governmental actions, or supplier disruptions (force majeure).

Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that images perfectly reflect the actual appearance of the product, as color variations may occur depending on display settings and lighting conditions.
We reserve the right for typographical errors and products being sold out.

Personal Data

By shopping in the WSH Nordic online store, you accept our Privacy Policy and the processing of your personal data. Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications where consent has been given.

If an order is fulfilled from a local warehouse, personal data may be shared with our affiliated companies Lumise Ab (Sweden) and Lumise AS (Norway) solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and delivery.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and apply from the time of publication.

Disputes and Applicable Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
Consumers residing in another EU country may also submit a complaint via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform:

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Finnish law.
